We’re hiring a Paid Media Specialist to execute, optimize, and scale paid social and search campaigns across multiple DTC brands using Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
- 1+ year of Google Ads experience
- Strong understanding of key metrics: ROAS, CTR, CPM, and CAC
- Experience managing multiple DTC brands simultaneously
- Proficiency with Shopify, Slack, Notion, and Google Sheets
- Familiarity with BI dashboards (Sigma Computing, Looker, or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Proven success supporting U.S.-based marketing teams remotely
- Ability to work U.S. business hours
