Job Description
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist (Meta & Google Ads) to join our team and support one of our US-based clients. In this role, you’ll be responsible for launching and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta and Google, monitoring performance metrics, and delivering actionable insights to maximize ROI.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Meta Ads experience (end-to-end campaign management & optimization)
- 1+ year of Google Ads experience (Search, PMax Shopping, YouTube)
- Strong understanding of paid media KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPA, etc.)
- Proven ability to monitor and adjust budgets across campaigns (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Advanced reporting skills in Excel/Google Sheets (trend tracking & real-time reporting)
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Prior success working with U.S.-based clients
- Ability to work PST or overlapping CST/EST hours
- Analytical, results-oriented, and detail-focused mindset
