Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Paid Social Specialist to join our high-performing international marketing team. As a Senior Paid Social Specialist, you will be the go-to expert for building, optimizing, and scaling paid social campaigns across multiple platforms.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience managing Meta paid campaigns (Facebook/Instagram is a MUST)
- Experience with TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn, Snapchat ads (nice-to-have but preferred)
- 2+ years of organic social management experience
- Ability to speak confidently about insights, strategy, and optimization rationale
- Proficiency with Looker Studio or similar analytics tools
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivots, formulas, analysis)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Hands-on experience with Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn
