Inside Sales Specialist (English/ German/ French/ Spanish/ Italian speaking)

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you’ll be the trusted partner for our customers and sales teams, providing expert guidance and ensuring smooth, timely resolution of inquiries. You’ll work across multiple channels - digital, telephony, email, and live chat - delivering outstanding service while supporting our sustainability-driven solutions.

Requirements

• Provide commercial and technical advice, prepare quotations, and support external sales partners.
• Handle complex inquiries, manage RFIs, RFQs, and RFOs, and create technical and commercial offers.
• Maintain customer data in SAP C4C, follow up on interactions within SLA, and raise internal support tickets.
• Assist customers with product and technical support, supply chain issues, and promote digital tools.
• Coordinate customer complaints, returns, and escalations.
• Act as a subject matter expert, sharing process and system knowledge within the team.
