Inside Sales Specialist - German speaking

As a German speaking Inside Sales Specialist, you’ll be the trusted partner for our customers and sales teams, providing expert guidance and ensuring smooth, timely resolution of inquiries.

Requirements

• Provide commercial and technical advice, prepare quotations, and support external sales partners
• Handle complex inquiries, manage RFIs, RFQs, and RFOs, and create technical and commercial offers
• Maintain customer data in SAP C4C, follow up on interactions within SLA, and raise internal support tickets
• Assist customers with product and technical support, supply chain issues, and promote digital tools
• Coordinate customer complaints, returns, and escalations
• Act as a subject matter expert, sharing process and system knowledge within the team
