Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent experience
- More than five years of experience as a Technical Training Manager or in a similar capacity
- Expertise in managing and administering learning management systems (LMS)
- Experience designing and delivering training programs for external clients or members
- Facilitation and presentation abilities
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills
