Job Description
GTreasury is seeking an experienced Demand Generation Marketer to lead the development and execution of demand generation programs, focusing on building comprehensive nurture programs, managing paid advertising campaigns, and creating scalable marketing automation workflows.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in B2B demand generation or digital marketing roles
- Advanced proficiency with HubSpot (Marketing Hub, CRM, workflows, and reporting)
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive marketing decisions
- Proven track record of achieving pipeline and revenue targets through marketing programs
- Experience with lead scoring, segmentation, and marketing automation best practices
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
