Senior Database Administrator

GTS Technology is seeking an experienced and results-driven Database Administrator to support and manage district-wide database systems and enterprise integrations.

Requirements

• Manage and support enterprise database systems to ensure high availability, security, and performance.
• Configure and maintain SQL Server databases, including installation, upgrades, backup/recovery, and performance tuning.
• Partner with application and data teams to design database architectures and implement modernization plans.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor ETL processes, including data warehouse integrations, SSIS packages, and third-party interfaces.
• Support ITIL-based processes such as Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
• Document all system configurations, data flow diagrams, and integration details.
• Research and implement emerging database technologies and industry best practices.
• Perform after-hours support, system upgrades, and special projects as needed.

Benefits

• Full-Time Salary Range: $85,000
• $45-48/hr.
