Job Description
GTS Technology is seeking an experienced A/V Technician with strong Video Teleconferencing (VTC) support experience to provide on-site technical assistance for VTC deployment efforts.
Requirements
- 4+ years supporting enterprise video teleconferencing systems (Cisco, Microsoft Teams, WebEx, etc.)
- 3+ years of hands-on troubleshooting experience across hardware, software, and networking
- 2+ years of strong customer service and communication skills in a technical support environment
- 2+ years providing real-time technical support and user training
- 2+ years of experience with IT ticketing systems and incident management workflows
Benefits
- Long-term contract (40 hours/week, onsite)
- Pay Rate: $28-$30/hr.
