Corporate Controller

Guardian Properties, a subsidiary of Proper, is seeking a Controller to oversee all accounting and financial reporting for a multifamily real estate portfolio. The role focuses on financial integrity, compliance with accounting standards, and strategic financial insights. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in multifamily property and corporate accounting, GAAP compliance, and team leadership.

Requirements

• Oversee all financial reporting and accounting.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Develop and implement internal controls.
• Lead cash flow management and forecasting.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.
