Proper is seeking a Corporate Controller to oversee all accounting and financial reporting functions for their multifamily real estate portfolio. This role focuses on financial integrity, compliance, and strategic insights to support business objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in multifamily property and corporate accounting, GAAP compliance, and team leadership.

Requirements

• Oversee all financial reporting, accounting, and consolidate financial data.
