Job Description
Apply comprehensive knowledge to plan and lead ServiceNow administration activities, including user management and system configuration. Function as a technical expert in ServiceNow operations while supervising administrative staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- A minimum of FIVE (5) years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience
- Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance
