Job Description
As a ServiceNow Technical Lead / Architect, you’ll lead the overall design and development of multiple ServiceNow applications across several projects. Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices. Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends to drive innovation.
Requirements
- Lead the overall design and development of multiple ServiceNow applications across several projects
- Provide technical guidance and serve as an escalation point for the ServiceNow development team members
- Support customers and end-users to define their requirements based on the latest ServiceNow architecture to ensure the success of the project
- Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices
- Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends to drive innovation
- Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improving existing ServiceNow implementations
- Perform unit, system, and integration testing
- Debug and fix technical problems
- Support the development of detailed technical documentation
- Provide demonstrations of developed applications to product owners and end-users
- Participate in platform upgrade activities, including regression testing and reconfiguration
- Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions
