Requirements
- Early childhood education leadership experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Passion for Montessori pedagogy
- Aptitude for creating a positive team culture
- Leadership skills with decision-making ability
- Educational experience within early childhood education
- Experience as an Admissions, Administrative, Program or School Director (preferred)
