WebTPA, a healthcare third-party benefit administrator, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound customer calls and provide resolution for questions about benefits, claims, and eligibility.
Requirements
- 0-1 years related work experience
- Inbound call center experience in the health insurance industry
- High school diploma or GED
- Professional phone voice and etiquette
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
