Job Description
WebTPA is seeking a Member Experience Specialist to improve member experience for dedicated clients through phone and digital communication, proactively identifying potential issues and providing solutions to enhance health and wellness.
Requirements
- 1+ years related work experience
- Related Bachelor’s degree or additional related equivalent work experience
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and observe HIPAA requirements
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a member of a team
- Self-starter with problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize projects
