Job Description
Seeking a licensed mental health professional to lead clinical operations, supervise staff, and maintain compliance with regulations and accreditation standards.
Requirements
- Active licensure as LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD, or equivalent
- Prior clinical supervision experience
- Experience auditing clinical charts and ensuring compliance with documentation and medical necessity standards
- Strong working knowledge of behavioral health regulations and accreditation standards
- Experience with EMR systems and clinical technology
- Ability to lead, mentor, and manage multidisciplinary clinical teams
