Job Description
PTWMSI is seeking a Clinical Director who brings vision and execution to community mental health care, with strong clinical judgment, technical skills, and ability to lead teams. The role owns clinical standards, quality, compliance, and technical execution, ensuring alignment with regulatory and evidence-based requirements.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Active LICSW or LPC (DC-eligible)
- Minimum 3–5 years of direct behavioral health experience
- Demonstrated experience providing clinical supervision or advanced clinical consultation
