Gushwork.ai is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to own the sales rep lifecycle, ensuring new hires achieve full ramp quickly and that tenured reps consistently meet and exceed performance benchmarks.
Requirements
- 3+ years of direct experience in a Sales Training, Sales Enablement, or Sales Manager/Director role in B2B SaaS
- Demonstrated success in creating and executing sales onboarding and training programs for high-growth teams
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, particularly in documenting and auditing sales workflows and cadences
- Excellent presentation, coaching, and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach)
