Job Description
This Clinical RN position in Sayre, PA, focuses on daily department operations, supervising personnel, and serving as a clinical resource. Requirements
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania/New York.
- Certification within area of expertise or practice preferred (Nursing Management, CCRN, CEN, etc.)
- BSN required within 3 years.
- Masters preferred.
- Experience: Two years of recent clinical supervisory experience or charge nurse experience.
- Resource utilization; Considers factors related to safety, effectiveness, cost, and impact on practice.
