Supervisor, Clinical RN -Med/Surg Nursing - 6 NW - Full Time

This role focuses on daily department operations, supervising personnel and coordinating shift activities in a collaboration with the management team. The ideal candidate will champion team and mission values, act as a clinical resource, and contribute to both patient care and staff development. This position offers opportunities for mentorship, leadership training, and project involvement within the hospital.

Requirements

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania/New York.
• Certification within area of expertise or practice preferred (Nursing Management, CCRN, CEN, etc.)
• BSN required within 3 years.
• Masters preferred.
• Experience: Two years of recent clinical supervisory experience or charge nurse experience desired.
