We are looking for an HR Advisor to assist our site team in leading and implementing our people plan to support our new contract, BMW, in Swindon. This is a full time, permanent position where you’ll be working Monday – Friday, between the hours of 09:00 – 17:00.
Requirements
- Experience of working in a similar fast-paced HR team, ideally within a logistics or distribution environment, dealing with complex ER cases
- CIPD Level 3 qualified, or working towards
- Experience of undertaking a broad range of tasks including working with and advising line managers on employee relations issues and being involved in setting up processes and systems
- Knowledge of employment law with experience working within a unionised environment is highly desirable
