Job Description
GXO is seeking a Warehouse Leadership Trainee for a two-year program that aims to develop future Warehouse Managers. The program offers a comprehensive training experience, focusing on warehouse operations, administration, transport, quality, and maintenance. It involves rotation across different departments and provides mentorship and hands-on experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related field
- 2–4 years of relevant professional experience (second career step)
- Strong command of English
- Flexibility regarding location and working hours
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Interest in process optimization and continuous improvement
- Demonstrated leadership potential and effective communication skills
