Job Description
GXO is seeking a dynamic Warehouse Manager to lead a growing logistics hub in Lelystad, NL. This role involves optimizing logistics, leading high-performing teams, and collaborating with customers to ensure efficient operations. The position offers rotational shifts and opportunities for professional growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/HBO in related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in the Logistic sector
- Leadership & coaching experience >3 years, 40 FTE
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Knowledge of Dutch and Spanish is an advantage
- Advanced visual basic skills
