Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis role to lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance analytics at H2 Health, a mission-driven healthcare organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis
- Proven senior leadership experience in multi-site or healthcare organizations
- Deep knowledge of modeling, forecasting, and performance metrics
- Advanced Excel and financial systems expertise
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
