We're looking for a Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead our financial planning, forecasting, and performance analytics, ensuring we stay aligned with both business goals and patient care excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis
- Proven senior leadership experience in multi-site or healthcare organizations
- Deep knowledge of modeling, forecasting, and performance metrics
- Advanced Excel and financial systems expertise
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
- Resides in the Central or Eastern time zone, ideally in north Texas, central Oklahoma, or Florida
