Job Description
The Construction Manager is a hands-on leadership position responsible for planning, executing, and delivering new residential construction projects from budget development through certificate of occupancy.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience building new residential homes (hands-on, on-site experience required)
- Proven ability to plan and manage residential construction projects from start to finish
- Strong working knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and sequencing
- Experience developing and managing construction budgets
- Working knowledge of Indiana State Building Code and local building regulations
- High level of comfort with numbers, budgets, and cost tracking
- Ability to organize multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
- Comfort leading volunteers and speaking to small groups
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work on active construction sites
