Job Description
Habitat Health is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. The role involves recruiting clinical and operational staff for their PACE centers, managing candidate communications and interview processes, and partnering with senior leadership and Physician executives as hiring managers.
Requirements
- 5 years in recruiting, specifically within clinical environments
- Experience in direct-sourcing of clinical talent - including Registered Nurses, Physical & Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Medical Assistants, Personal Care Attendants, etc.
- Hands-on experience recruiting for an early-stage healthcare startup
- Proficiency in using ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse)
- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leadership and Physician executives as hiring managers
- Bachelor’s Degree
