Job Description
HackerEarth is looking for a top-tier Account Executive to expand its US market presence. The ideal candidate will have proven experience selling to C-level and VP-level executives in the US enterprise or mid-market segment, with expertise in prospecting, qualifying, and value-selling.
Requirements
- Proven experience selling to C-level and VP-level executives in the US enterprise or mid-market segment.
- Strong outbound motion, including cold calling, targeted outreach, multistep sequences, and social selling.
- Expertise in prospecting & qualifying, including identifying ICP accounts, mapping stakeholders, and converting prospects into active opportunities.
- Exceptional communication skills, including crisp verbal communication, compelling storytelling, and high-quality written communication.
- Value-selling mindset, including understanding client challenges, articulating ROI, and tailoring solutions accordingly.
- Consistent history of exceeding quota with predictable and disciplined sales execution.
- Comfort with incentives, including uncapped commissions.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tools, including Salesforce/HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Gong, etc.
