Director, Technical Recruiting

Hadrian is building autonomous factories to accelerate the production of aerospace and defense parts. The company is looking for a Director, Technical Recruiting to lead and scale a team of recruiters, own full-cycle searches for high-priority roles, and drive consistency and excellence in process.

Requirements

• 9+ years of recruiting experience
• 3+ years managing recruiting teams larger than 10
• Builder comfortable creating structure and scaling systems
• Strong command of recruiting metrics and how to use them
• Track record of closing high-caliber candidates across a range of functions
