Factory Lead

Hadrian is building autonomous factories to manufacture rockets, satellites, jets, and ships up to 10x faster and up to 2x cheaper. We are looking for a Factory Lead to execute daily and weekly production targets, lead a team of 10–30 technicians, and ensure product quality and conformance to specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment
• 1+ years of experience leading a team, shift of cross functional or project
• Strong operational judgment and the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment
• High accountability and exceptional attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Comfortable managing changing priorities and dynamic production schedules
