Job Description
Hadrian is seeking a Factory Lead, Quality to champion product quality at their new facility in Mesa, AZ. The role requires strong leadership skills and a proactive approach to ensuring inspection processes meet high standards of precision and efficiency.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a high-paced manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proficiency with hand and mechanical inspection techniques.
- Proven track record in a high-volume production role within aerospace or another industry with stringent quality requirements.
