Hadrian is a company building autonomous factories that help aerospace and defense companies manufacture rockets, satellites, jets, and ships up to 10x faster and up to 2x cheaper. We're looking for a High-Volume Recruiter to scale our frontline and operational workforce.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience
• High-volume, hourly, or operational hiring experience
• Comfortable managing large candidate pipelines and competing priorities
• Strong communicator and organized
• Data-aware and process-driven
