Founding Account Executive US

Haiilo is seeking a Founding Account Executive to join their international sales team in the US. This role focuses on closing new logos, generating ARR, and educating prospects on their solution, while also providing support for a growing team. The position is hybrid, with a focus on collaboration and connection through both in-office and remote work.

Requirements

• 5+ years of quota-carrying experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably with business decision-makers
• 4+ years of managing full sales cycles including cold outreach and closing as a primary goal
• Proven success building new business in early-stage or scale-up environments, especially in finalizing sales as quotas
• Ability to self-generate pipeline
• Multiple years of selling complex buying centers, building relationships and achieving sales quotas
• Strong cross-functional team skills
• Strategic thinking and hands-on hustle
• Ambitious mindset and a fast-paced startup setting
