Office Administrator

Hajoca Corporation is seeking an Office Administrator for its All-Tex Pipe and Supply location in Fort Worth, TX. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to efficiently manage competing priorities. The role involves performing accurate and timely invoicing, generating daily invoice preview reports, and reconciling daily cash sale transaction payments and cash funds.

Requirements

• 1 or more years of experience in a customer service, accounts receivable, accounts payable, or similar role.
• Knowledge of basic accounts receivable/payable bookkeeping practices and terms.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office software to communicate via email and to review reports and documents.
