Hajoca Corporation is seeking a Profit Center Office Administrator- Part Time for their Somers, NY location. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to efficiently manage competing priorities. They will perform various administrative tasks, including invoicing, expense management, and customer service.

Requirements

• 1 or more years of experience in a customer service, accounts receivable, accounts payable, or similar role
• Knowledge of basic accounts receivable/payable bookkeeping practices and terms
• Ability to use Microsoft Office software
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to build and maintain a positive working relationship with customers, vendors, and co-workers
• Ability to research, analyze data, and solve problems
• Ability to prioritize work projects and multi-task
