Job Description
Join Haleon as a Territory Sales Executive and be part of a growing sales team representing healthcare brands like Crocin, Eno, Tums, and Sensodyne. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of everyday health and improve the lives of millions of people in India. As a Territory Sales Executive, you will execute sales plans, develop strong relationships with customers, and provide guidance and support to sales team members. With a focus on rural sales distribution management, this role offers a unique blend of deep human understanding and trusted science.
Requirements
- Executing sales plans to achieve defined secondary sales targets in Rural Markets
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Providing guidance, support, and training to sales team members
- Creating and maintaining adherence to PJPs
- Ensuring adequate service levels to sub stockiest customers and building business in existing and new outlets
- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance and providing regular reports on sales activity and performance
- Collecting and reporting market intelligence on competitor activities
- Collaborating with other teams and departments to ensure delivery of high-quality products and services to customers
- Addressing customer complaints through timely action as per prescribed Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Timely reporting to all concerned stakeholders as per prescribed formats
