Requires a high school diploma or G.E.D., previous experience with managed care referral processes, and strong secretarial/computer skills
Health Educator
Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Health Education, Public Health or a related field, 2 years of experience in community health or health education, and CHES certification
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Associates degree in health care, business, or related discipline, 5+ years of experience, Registered Nursing License preferred
Clinical Referral and Authorization Navigator
High school diploma, knowledge of Medicaid and managed care insurance, excellent customer service skills, and ability to work with the public
NURSE PRACTITIONER
Must be licensed in the State of Michigan and have psychiatric/mental health NP certification, with a comprehensive knowledge of health care delivery and organizational management
Dental Assistant
High school diploma or G.E.D., radiology certification, and completion of an accredited program preferred
Customer Service Representative
High school diploma or G.E.D., 2 years of clerical experience, or 1 year of experience in healthcare setting required
MEDICAL ASSISTANT
High school diploma, advanced coursework, and clinical training required; MA certification or registration preferred
OPTOMETRIST
Valid OD license, board certification, and 0 years of experience
Director of Dental Services
3+ years of management experience in dental care, DEA registration, and ability to maintain confidentiality
