Distribution Center Manager

The Distribution Center Manager (DCM) leads all aspects of the DC operations, monitors performance goals, and leads a team. Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to Health, Safety, and C-TPAT policies, managing budget, and implementing Lean and Problem-Solving principles. The DCM works closely with other departments to provide excellent customer service and manage inventory.

• Manage and implement workbench software (SAP)
• Train and develop team members
• Develop and execute action plans for KPIs
• Manage inventory, customer complaints, and repair/purchase orders
• Coordinate and manage team leadership
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
