Distribution Center Manager

The Distribution Center Manager (DCM) is responsible for leading all aspects of the distribution center operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high health, safety, and C-TPAT standards. This role involves team management, budget management, and supporting department KPIs. The DCM also collaborates with other departments to ensure efficient customer service and team growth.

• Manage and implement SAP Tools
• Lead Health & Safety and HR
• Develop and implement KPIs and performance metrics
• Use continuous improvement principles
• Manage inventory, repairs and purchases
• Coordinate complaints and corrective actions
