General Manager

We are seeking a General Manager to lead the delivery of exceptional visitor experiences and operational excellence at West End Centre, Aldershot. The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing a public venue and a proven track record of delivering operational excellence, as well as strong financial and commercial acumen.

Requirements

• Significant experience managing a public venue in customer-facing operations
• Proven track record of delivering operational excellence in terms of visitor experience, Health and Safety and Compliance
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budget management and driving commercial performance
• Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Interest in the arts and cultural sector
