Regional Program Development Specialist - South East Asia

Regional Program Development Specialist to support the development of the Southeast Asia program, implementing and monitoring the fundraising strategy, and identifying funding opportunities.

Requirements

• Degree from an accredited educational institution in international development or other relevant fields
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions, including at least 2 years in program development
• Very good knowledge of donors donor contract analysis, and strategic analysis
• Expert-level in writing proposal and narrative report writing
• Proficient level in networking, representation and negotiation
• Experience in facilitating and/or designing trainings and skills enhancement programs
• Financial and budgetary management skills
