Job Description
Regional Program Development Specialist will support the development of the program in Southeast Asia by implementing and monitoring the fundraising strategy, identifying funding opportunities, and leading the process of developing concept notes and project proposals.
Requirements
- Degree from an accredited educational institution in international development or other relevant fields
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions, including at least 2 years in program development
- Very good knowledge of donors donor contract analysis, and strategic analysis
- Expert-level in writing proposal and narrative report writing
- Proficient level in networking, representation and negotiation
- Experience in facilitating and/or designing trainings and skills enhancement programs
- Financial and budgetary management skills
