A Mechanical Inspector with a minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical works inspection across large-scale building or infrastructure projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's / associate degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical inspection for building or infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and related services
- Knowledge of relevant codes and standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, IPC, etc.)
- Experience reviewing shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals
- Ability to conduct site inspections, identify non-conformities, and ensure corrective actions
- Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and project documentation requirements
- Strong coordination and communication skills with contractors, consultants, and project teams
- Proficiency in preparing inspection reports and maintaining compliance records
- Experience working in the Middle East is preferred
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and project delivery timelines
