A qualified MEP Inspector with 10+ years of experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing inspection within major building or infrastructure projects, ensuring MEP works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's / diploma degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in MEP inspection for building or infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC, NEC, etc.)
- Ability to monitor site activities, identify non-conformities, and ensure corrective actions
- Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and project documentation requirements
- Strong communication and coordination skills with contractors, consultants, and project teams
- Proficiency in site reporting, inspections, and compliance tracking
- Experience working in the Middle East is preferred
