Job Description
Harbinger is seeking a highly skilled Production Manager (2nd shift) to lead the production of innovative EV vehicle platforms during the second shift. This role demands operational excellence, safety, quality, and productivity, with a focus on reducing waste and maximizing throughput. The position involves team leadership, process improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of progressive leadership experience in high-volume manufacturing.
- 5+ years in direct production management.
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
