Accounts Payable Specialist

Harder Mechanical is a mechanical contractor seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to provide timely and accurate payments to vendors and subcontractors. The successful candidate will support the accounting department in maintaining efficiency and effectiveness in the team's customer service to our subcontractors, vendors, clients, and employees.

Requirements

• 1-5 years' experience in an Accounts Payable environment
• Experience in construction industry or similar project-focused environment
• Experience with Purchase orders
• Exposure to Vista Viewpoint or other construction bookkeeping software preferred
