Estimator -- Plumbing

Harder Mechanical is seeking an Estimator to join their team in Portland, OR. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for reviewing mechanical drawings and performing quantity take-offs for active pursuits and awarded projects. You will be involved from the pursuit stage through project execution, preparing accurate estimates for the operations team in the field.

Requirements

• Familiarity with estimating process and systems
• Extreme attention to detail
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks on an ongoing basis
• Relentless commitment to teamwork and client satisfaction
• Basic computer competency, including Microsoft Office and Bluebeam
• Passion for ongoing learning and keeping up with industry trends
• Interest in LEAN construction principles
• Ability to travel to other regions to gain exposure to additional markets and industries
