Job Description
Harder Mechanical is a leading mechanical contractor seeking an experienced architectural sheet metal estimator to join their team in Portland, OR. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing mechanical drawings, performing quantity take-offs, and preparing accurate estimates for commercial building projects.
Requirements
- Familiarity with estimating process and systems
- Extreme attention to detail
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks on an ongoing basis
- Relentless commitment to teamwork and client satisfaction
- Basic computer competency, including Microsoft Office and Bluebeam
- Passion for ongoing learning and keeping up with industry trends
- Interest in LEAN construction principles
- Ability to read drawings
