Job Description
The Property Manager is responsible for hands-on management, maintenance, space planning, and risk coordination of the company’s real estate portfolio, including the home office, two field offices, several single-family homes used by company personnel, and the company auto fleet program.
Requirements
- AA Degree or equivalent years of experience
- 5+ years of property or facilities management experience
- Prior experience in hands-on-role; including supervision and vendor management
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
- Valid driver’s license
